Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing design team. You will be responsible for leading design initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll work on products that impact millions of users. You'll have the opportunity to shape the design culture and mentor junior designers.

• Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to delivery
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Develop and maintain design systems
• Mentor junior designers and provide design feedback
• Present design solutions to stakeholders

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX expertise
• Proficiency in Figma and design tools
• Experience with design systems at scale
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience working in agile environments
• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
